World Economic Forum-Update PDF Print E-mail

We are extremely excited to announce that we have submitted an entry to the Davos Youtube Competition sponsored by the World Economic Forum. The premise of the competition is to propose an original solution to one of four issues currently faced by society at large. We have created an entry that is rather outside of the box, but we feel will help convey the ambitious aspirations of our organization. Our video, set towards Karl Jenkins' Adiemus of Boosey & Hawkes, serves as a public statement of our organization request to give a five minute key-note address to outline our generation's concerns before some of the greatest leaders of our time. Members invited to attend include names ranging from Obama to Gates to Bono, all individuals we would like to partner with for our global forum event in Early 2010. In order to make this work, we are currently attempting to contact our member base over facebook to help spread publicity for our Youtube video. This is Millennial Beacon's first attempt to gain the public spotlight by speaking at the World Economic Forum, and we cannot do it without your help. Anyway, hopefully you enjoy the video, and Happy New Year!
